The One-Time Launch Fee covers all costs and tasks associated with the onboarding of your company as a new customer of femur-IT.

The onboarding process takes - depending on the size of your company - up to one month. During that time, we will have multiple sync-sessions to discuss the details of your environment and your requirements. Based on that, we will build and configure all backend systems to provide the best possible IT-service to you. This includes setting up of e-mail, calendar, storage and communication solutions. Collecting of all your asset information for proper asset management. Defining default configurations for your devices. If required, we will also register one domain for you!

The monthly Base Fee covers all costs related to your company's IT needs. As your company grows, so does the workload to keep everything up and running. That's why there are different cost-levels for the Base Fee:

• 1 - 5 people: € 0,-
• 6 - 15 people: € 250,-
• 16 - 50 people: € 400,-
• 51+ people: dynamically +12% on your total Monthly User Fee

This fee automatically covers:

• Unlimited consulting and support for all IT-related projects
• Written documentation for all your systems
• Access to our customer-services, like:
  • Knowledge Base
  • Direct line of communication
  • Internal newsletter
  • Monthly Status-Reports
• Maintenance of the asset-management
• IT-Procurement & Logistics
• Network Maintenance & Monitoring (if Network was provided by femur-IT)

The Monthly User Fee covers all costs related to your team-members:

• License for Google Workspace or Microsoft365
• License for Device Management - 1 Computer + up to 2 mobile devices; supported are macOS, Windows 11, iOS, iPadOS, Android
• Device Security and Threat Prevention
• Password Management - 1Password
• Access to our IT-Helpdesk to be the single point of contact for all IT-related issues
• Security Awareness training material
• On-Site/Live-Call Security Trainings 2x/year

This means, the costs of a Google Workspace or Microsoft365 license, the costs for all Device Management licenses and the costs for a business 1Password license are all already included into our monthly user fee. You don't have to pay any additional fees for these products - not to femur-IT and not to the software vendors themselves. If you already own one or multiple of these services, we will guide you during our onboarding process to update the existing licenses and payment methods.

While we recommend Apple hardware for your business needs and also specialized into the administration of Macs and iPhones in business environments, we are able to provide the same level of support and security for Windows and Android devices as well. 

No. There are almost infinite combinations of how the IT landscape of a company can look like. That's why we reduced the included services to the core requirements every company's IT needs to be taken care of. These services strongly depend on each other. To provide the high standards and quality we hold ourselves to and to make sure the ZeroTrust security architecture ensures maximum protection, it is not possible to select just parts of what's covered by our monthly fees.

That is a very likely scenario as we concentrate on providing the core systems needed by every business. On top of that, there will be things - related to your specific business needs - that also require the attention of your IT-administration. These topics will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, but as a general rule of thumb: giving advice and consulting on IT-topics is always covered by your Base Fee. Integrating services with our systems is also covered by your Base-Fee. Maintaining additional services though could be sometimes leading to additional costs.

We would be sad to see you go, but we know that nothing is forever.
Don't worry - we make sure our parting goes as smooth as our services. After an initial six-month lock-in period, you're free to cancel our services on a monthly basis with a one-month termination period. During the termination period we make sure that all your systems are clean and securely disconnected from our systems and that all documentation is handed over to whomever will take care of your IT in the future.
